If you miss the deadline, you can contact us or follow the instructions included in your picture package envelope.
What should I do if I'm not satisfied with my child’s photos?
J Johnson Photography provides quality photos and strives to meet your expectations. If there is an issue with your child’s photos, please refer to your school’s retake policy included in your picture package envelope. Contact your student’s school for more retake information.
When will I receive my child’s photos?
Preordered pictures will be delivered 3-4 weeks after your student’s picture day to their school.
